Refund & Return Policy

30-day returns

You can return an unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email orders@supremeretrogaming.com with your order number to start a return.

Defective or dead-on-arrival

If an item arrives faulty or fails within 30 days, we will replace it or refund it in full, including return shipping. Send us a short description (and a photo or video if relevant) and your order number.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns the buyer pays return postage. For defective items we cover it and provide a label.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return (or approve a no-return refund for a defective item). You will get an email when the refund is sent.

Wrong item or not received

If you received the wrong item, or tracking shows delivered but you do not have it, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.

Before you file a chargeback

Please email us first — we resolve refund and delivery issues quickly and a direct request is always faster than a bank dispute.

Non-returnable

Items damaged by misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for refund.
