Handling time

Orders ship from the United States, typically within one business day (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Carrier and tracking

We ship via USPS (and other carriers for larger items). A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships and is available on our order-tracking page.

Delivery estimates

United States: about 2–6 business days after dispatch.
International: available to selected countries; about 1–4 weeks depending on destination and customs. Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, but we will help you re-send at cost.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking stalls or shows delivered but the package is missing, contact orders@supremeretrogaming.com and we will open a carrier trace or claim and get a replacement or refund to you.
