1. About us
Supreme Retro Gaming ("we", "us", "our") operates supremeretrogaming.com and its affiliated single-product storefronts (gdemusdcard.com, saroosdcard.com, rpi5sdcard.com, miyoominisdcard.com) and retrogamingunlimited.com. By using our sites or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
2. Products
We sell physical goods: preloaded microSD cards, flash-cart bundles, and retro gaming hardware, shipped from the United States. Product photos are illustrative; minor variations in packaging or media brand may occur.
3. Preloaded content
Cards and devices are supplied preloaded with homebrew, public-domain, and user-provided content together with a ready-to-run menu system. We do not sell, license, or distribute commercial game software. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any content complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs when we ship. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store full card numbers. We may cancel and refund an order if it was mispriced or cannot be fulfilled.
5. Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy; returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy. Media and hardware are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. The preloaded content and menu software are provided "as is" with no warranty.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use our sites to commit fraud, to resell our products under false pretenses, or in violation of applicable law. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
